I have been under the wonderful care of Dr Maria Lorenzo for the past year or so. On Wednesday, just prior to the Easter break, I phoned to enquire about an available appointment as a matter of some urgency, being well aware of the busy schedule by all at the clinic. The result was an almost immediate time slot at the clinic, and subsequent transport via Ambulance to the SERH. I want to express my extreme gratitude and appreciation of the professional care and compassion I was shown. This from my initial phone call, to the medical reception at the front counter, to the RN who performed an ECG, and the immediate follow up by Dr Lorenzo. It would be easy to say this is to be expected, but I honestly feel it was deserving of comment. Every time I have had cause to phone the Clinic, I have been met with friendliness and professionalism. The RN’s have attended my needs when required, with care. I feel so very fortunate to be in such good hands. Please pass on my thanks for this exceptional service.

As Grey Nomads passing through Bega, we were so thrilled to be able to get an appointment the same day we phoned. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and good natured, and Dr. Lisondra was very thorough, taking the time to get our history and being careful about what to prescribe, due to allergies. Would highly recommend this practice.
