Dr Muhammad Choudhry
Geriatrician
Dr Choudhry has been a Specialist Physician and Geriatrician in the public and private sectors since 2016. He provides consultative services via telehealth once per month, which compliments our Practices’ approach to patient-centred care. Dr Choudhry’s areas of interest include comprehensive geriatric assessment, polypharmacy, memory impairment and falls assessment. Dr Choudhry sees patients of our Practice and also external clients. A GP referral is required to see Dr Choudhry.
