Contacting Us
In most cases, our reception staff will ask for your number so the Doctor can return your call at a convenient time, rather than disrupt consultations. Please telephone the Practice after 10am to obtain investigation results.
Our Practice uses HotDoc push notifications, SMS's and emails for reminders and recalls. If you would like to opt out of this service then please let our reception staff know.
Patients should not use email or Facebook Messenger to contact the Practice in an emergency. Patients contacting the Practice by email or Facebook can expect to wait up to two days for a response. Electronic communication with, and with regards to, patients will only occur if written patient consent has been obtained from both the patient and the doctor, and that contact information has been checked. Consent is implied if the patient initiates electronic communication.

To see a Doctor after hours, please attend South East Regional Hospital’s Emergency Department, where patients are seen based on the urgency of their condition or phone the hospital on (02) 6491 9999 for advice.
