SCMP also hosts nursing students from the University of Wollongong (UOW) and the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association Ltd (APNA) from time to time. During their placement, SCMP’s Registered Nurses provide the students with supervised clinical experience in the delivery of health care in the General Practice setting.
Patient permission is always sought for a medical or nursing student to be present during their consultation.
