education & training
All the Practice staff attend regular training and updates relevant to their tasks. Medical and Nursing staff participate in required professional development activities within the Practice as well as externally to comply with their accreditation and registration. The Practice participates in Medical Research trials and activities from time to time.
Medical students have been trained in the Practice since the early 1980's on a regular basis. Nursing students from the University of Wollongong have been trained regularly over recent years. Dr Marshman also supervises medical students doing community placements from the University of Sydney and the University of Adelaide.
