Phone line closures over lunch
Every day from 12 noon to 1:00pm, the phone lines at both our Bega and Tathra Surgeries will be closed to allow our staff to complete necessary administration tasks. If you have an emergency during these times, please ring triple zero. Otherwise, please ring the surgeries back after 1:00pm. We appreciate your understanding while we implement these changes!
PATIENT FEEDBACK SURVEY
Thank you to all those who participated in SCMP’s Patient Feedback Survey! The survey data is a useful way for the Practice to identify areas of concern for our patients and is important for our ongoing AGPAL accreditation. Results have shown that 96% of all patient ratings about SCMP were good, very good, or excellent! 🙂
The majority of results also indicated that the quality of healthcare provided at SCMP is above the National Average. 🙂
Patient survey comments highlighted appreciation of our caring, friendly staff members. 🙂
They also highlighted that our patients have concerns regarding not being able to see their clinician of choice and the wait times for standard GP appointments. We are aware of this problem and have been working towards a solution for some years now.
With ongoing teaching of medical students and supervision of GP Registrars in the Practice, we hope to eventually secure long-term GPs to ensure continuity of care for our patients and the ongoing viability of the Practice. Thank you for your patience and understanding! Please let us know if you have any questions!
